It’s even hard to understand what we feel.
Loneliness, anxiety, and disconnection are not random.
They are signs of a culture that stopped creating real encounters.

What will I actually receive?
Once a week, you’ll receive an email with three things: a question to reflect on, a simple action to try in your daily life, and an invitation to connect with others. No videos, no long readings, no homework. One week, one invitation.
How long does the program last?
The program runs for 8 weeks, one invitation per week. After that, the journey stays open, but the initial commitment is just those eight weeks. You can opt out at any time.
Do I need to be Catholic or religious to participate?
No. More Human is for anyone who wants to reconnect with what matters: encounter, meaning, and humanity. It’s inspired by Francis, but the experience is open to everyone, regardless of beliefs or background.
